Harvey B. Sklaroff has been in the real estate business for many years. He is a Graduate of Cheltenham High School in the 1960's and The American University, Washington, D. C., in the 1970's, with a degree in Business Administration.

 Harvey is a life long resident of the Philadelphia region. He has worked in various locations before opening his office in suburban Philadelphia. 

He believes in dedicated personal service. He requires his team of agents to handle all details of the transaction. Whether a lease or a sale, the same agent follows the client from first meeting through to the move in. Many of the referrals we receive are the result of  the personal service provided. We market homes and condos throughout the region.

In the community, 

Harvey is a member of Har Zion Temple, JFRE Jewish Federation Real Estate Division.               American Red Cross VIP Blood donor for 40 years,  Member of the  Golden Slipper Charity Community among other various activities.

Harvey's specialty is as a Resident, Broker & Investor at 'Oak Hill Condominiums', for more than 30 years, he has sold or rented many 'Oak Hill' condos. He is the largest property owner/ investor at 'Oak Hill", no one knows more about 'Oak Hill' or is more committed to the community's success.

Montgomery County Tax Assessment Information

The new common level ratio in Montgomery County is .575. That means they increased all property values by over 9% for Real Estate tax purposes. To calculate your current value the county has on your property. Take your assessment and divide by .575%. If the value seems high, contact me to see if an appeal makes sense.
